Shipping Policy
-Regular shipping within CANADA. takes 2-4 business days, -Shipping outside CANADA takes between 5 & 7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or holidays.

*We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
*We do not offer returns labels
Refund & Return Policy
You can return any item for exchange within 7 days of receiving your original order. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND
If you'd like to return your item for an exchange of its size or colour, we'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on the account you paid with.
Please note that we do not do Refunds but we are happy to exchange any goods, customer will be responsible for the postage of the new items.

All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed, have no sign of wear and tear, and should include tags.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
There's no Refund or Exchange on items in sales all sales goods are final.
